By using the Telesima application, you fully accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any term, please do not use the application. Continued use after changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Telemetry data belongs to the fleet owner / account holder. The Telesima application serves as a tool for accessing data hosted on the GPS server. The application provider does not claim ownership of user telemetry data.
Telemetry Data: Telemetry data (route history, vehicle positions, sensor data) is retained for a period of up to six (6) months, after which it is automatically deleted or anonymized.
Account Data: Account data is retained for as long as the account is active.
The user may request deletion of their data at any time via Settings or by contacting the support team.

The Telesima application and, more generally, the services of GPS Telesima Ltd rely on infrastructure and services supplied by third-party providers with whom we cooperate under business-to-business (B2B) agreements. These include, by way of example:
GPS Telesima Ltd does not control the operation, availability or accuracy of these services. Accordingly, it bears no liability whatsoever for any interruption, delay, error, data loss or other malfunction attributable to a third-party provider.
For the systems under our direct control, we take all necessary technical and organisational measures to ensure their correct, secure and, as far as possible, uninterrupted operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no obligation to pay compensation arises, and the customer shall have no other claim against GPS Telesima Ltd, for any loss, damage or loss of profit, whether direct or indirect, resulting from the unavailability, interruption or malfunction of the services, whether originating from a third-party provider or from our own systems.
The above limitation does not apply to damage caused by wilful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of GPS Telesima Ltd, nor in cases where the exclusion of liability is prohibited by law.
The application may send push notifications (geofences, speed violations, alarms). The user can control notifications through the application Settings or device notification settings.
All intellectual property rights of the Telesima application (code, design, graphics, trademarks) belong to the service provider. The user receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application solely for the purposes outlined in these terms.
Access to the service may be terminated:
Upon termination, access is revoked and data is retained according to the retention policy, after which it is deleted.
The provider reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service. The user will be notified of significant changes via an in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the service provider's country of operation. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts.
Telesima is provided by GPS Telesima Ltd, a telematics equipment supplier and service provider.
